La’ssants, Beignets & More

Our Lake Oswego, Pearl, and Beaverton shops are open! We are currently offering our signature la’ssants Thursdays through Sundays from 8am until 3pm (or sold out). Very limited quantities and varieties are available at other times, so keep an eye here and on our social media!

 

Signature La’ssants

Our flakey, square take on a classic doughnut, made with dough that is handcrafted over a three-day period and then layered with grass-fed European butter. The result is a decadent, crave-able pastry with a deep richness.

Our Regular La’ssant Line Up Includes:

Chocolate Ganache, Madagascar Vanilla, Touch of Honey, Maple, Lemon Poppyseed, Lemon Poppyseed filled with Raspberry Jam, Berry Crumble, Banana Oat Crumble, Orange Grapefruit, Vanilla with Sprinkles, Brown Butter and Apple Fritter. A seasonal offering.

We combined two NOLA favorites to make this crave-worthy treat. For this hybrid, we dip a plain La’ssant bun in lemon poppyseed glaze and fill it with locally made raspberry jam.

Apple Fritter

Our Apple Fritter glaze starts with Granny Smith apples being slow cooked in a mixture of browned butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. The fritter is then smothered with an apple glaze.
