What is a La’ssant?

A La’ssant is flakey, layered square doughnut. Our signature doughnut is inspired by the French influence so prevalent in New Orleans, with a meticulous, three-day process that results in a rich and complex doughnut. Our La’ssants are made fresh daily with grass-fed European butter, Belgian chocolate, local jams and honey, and other fine ingredients.

Do you have any vegan or gluten-free options?

Currently, we don’t have any vegan or gluten-free doughnuts.

Where can I park my car?

The Pearl
There is street parking and a pay lot next to our Pearl location.

Lake Oswego
There is lots of free public parking available right below our Lake Oswego store. There are two entrances/exists to the below-grade parking area, both off State Street. The first is between the railroad tracks and A Avenue (next to the trolley stop), and the second is almost in-line with B Avenue.

Beaverton

We are located in Beaverton Town Center, with ample parking.

Can I order online?

Yes! Please click here to place an order online for pick-up or delivery. We also have an online store with gift cards and seasonal items.

Do you deliver your doughnuts?

Yes, we do! We work with delivery partners who deliver from our Lake Oswego and Pearl location. Search for us on GrubHub and Door Dash.

Do you cater events?

Yes, we love to cater events! Please see our full catering menu here and tell us about your upcoming event by filling out a short online form.

Do you offer wholesale?

Do you have an allergy warning?

Yes, our products may contain eggs, milk, dairy products, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish, and shellfish.
