Our Lake Oswego, Pearl, and Beaverton shops are open! We have Mini beignets, and our signature laminated La’ssants available. You can get your hands on our doughnuts a few different ways:

  1. Pre-order your doughnuts online and pick them up at either our Pearl or Lake Oswego locations.

  2. Stop by our Pearl, Beaverton, and Lake Oswego shops to get your doughnuts to-go (card and contactless payments only).

  3. Get your doughnuts delivered via GrubHub, DoorDash, or Uber Eats. Our Pearl location now offers local delivery via bike courier with CCC PDX!

What is a La’ssant?

A La’ssant is our flakey, square take on a classic doughnut. Made with dough handcrafted over three days and then layered with locally sourced butter, our signature doughnut is a decadent, crave-able pastry with layers of richness.

NOLA Doughnuts is the story of two Louisiana natives who brought a piece of The Big Easy to the City of Roses. It’s the story of a family coming together in the aftermath of a tragedy, a doughnut recipe perfected in a tiny Baton Rouge apartment, and a friendship that turned a dream into reality.
